Had to wait on hour to be told scan has not been reported. This was a 6 week post operation check. Waste of time and appointment!

We were seen quickly upon arrival, doctors/ nurses acted straight away to make a diagnosis we were kept informed at what/why they were doing things.
Suggested improvements
I do think the initial triage for children/ adults should be separate. I rushed my daughter to hospital not by ambulance her condition was serious, but the security managing the { } do not understand this as the parent I was forceful knowing my child needed urgent attention.

The staff took care of my daughter, and me as well (mother) by bringing whatever I have asked for, The doctor explained to me everything regarding the help of my daughter and the nurses were friendly.
Suggested improvements
I think the waiting time was a little bit long, but mother than that all ok.
